The Huddleston Performance Oil Baffle Systems are a must for any serious Jr. Dragster racer today. Unlike other "Puke Tank Replacement" setups, the HP Oil Baffle system is design to work in conjunction with your current Puke Tank. The sole purpose of the HP Oil Baffle system is to keep all the oil in your motor. On larger displacement engines this is a must as the change in crankcase volume forces oil out of the motor.

The HP Oil Baffle Systems are very simple to install and won't take you long at all to change over. Follow these simple steps and your Baffle System will be installed and ready to race:

1. Remove your current Fuel Pump/Fuel Pump Bracket combination. (Baffles are designed to work with Little Black Pump.)

2. Remove pump from Bracket and install onto your new Baffle System. If you are running a Walbro Black Pump you will flip the pump over and bolt it to the bottom of your Baffle.

3. Install Baffle on your motor using the same bolt holes which previously held on your Fuel Pump.

4. Connect 1 hose from Crankcase Vent, second front inlet is blocked off on bracket combos. Plug both Valve Cover outlets.

5. Connect hose from 2 rear outlets of your Baffle to your puke tank.

6. Reconnect all fuel lines and pulse fittings to your Fuel Pump. At this point your Oil Baffle System has been installed and is ready to race.

As you can see from the various photos, the HP Oil Baffle systems are NOT a Puke Tank Replacement Kit. Our goal is simply to eliminate the worry of how much oil is in your motor throughout a race day. The HP Oil Baffles help keep the oil in your motor to help it live a good healthy life. The HP Oil Baffle system also eliminates the mess created by smaller "Puke Tank Replacement" which lack the volume to hold the oil consumption of larger engines.

On the latest HP Oil Baffle system you also gain the ease of oil changing. On our latest Sniper's they come with an Oil Fill Plug installed in the Valve Cover, simply pull the plug out and add oil. We also have retro kits to fit Rhino based engines as well.
